Suite 202, Sushi by Bou is seeking a full time sushi chef who is passionate about food and serving our amazing guests.
Compensation: $1300 - $1800 per week (contingent on tips)

Responsibilities
- Life of the party personality
- Interact with guests and anticipate needs
- Manage inventory levels for food ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Prepare sushi pieces for omakase experience
- Prepare nigiri, sashimi, & handrolls with a wide range of raw fish
- Acute attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality control
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Qualifications or Requirements
- 2 years Japanese cuisine experience
- Ability to listen to and facilitate special requests from our clients
- Exceptional and proven sushi workspace management ability
- Strength in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to create a positive, fun, and exciting environment by interacting with our clients
- Up to date with culinary trends and sushi preparation processes'
