JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the operations of the Nursing Unit from an operational and personnel activities standpoint.
Defines the mission for the department and shares the corporate vision with assigned staff.
Directs operations and administration of the department under the general guidance of his/her Administrative Representative.
Develops and directs assigned personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
Associate's degree in nursing required.
Two years of nursing experience with one year in a supervisory role.
Current NC or multistate RN licensure required
ACLS required.
BLS required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
