Job Title: Restaurant Service Support Staff- LPM Miami

Pay: $150 -200/day

Scope and General Purpose

• To demonstrate pride in working for LPM and a high level of commitment
• Assist Servers with food, drink, and bread running
• Set up tables
• Maintain clean tables
• Assist the server bringing menus or answering guest questions
• To greet guests on arrival
• To acknowledge returning/ regular guests
• To be conversant with the menu and products of LPM
• To serve the food according to our standards
• To represent and promote LPM company concept, image and philosophy with a knowledge of the company history
• To report for duty as per schedule, clean, tidy, wearing correct uniform
• To attend departmental communication meetings, trainings sessions and to ensure to operate in line with the instructions received
• To be responsible for a clean and tidy working area where assigned
• To minimize operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with guidelines set and ensure all equipment are turned off at the end of each shift following closing procedures and check lists
• To report any maintenance defects and follow-up
• Closing: Ensure that the back area and dispense bars area is clean, orderly, and well maintained, side stations are well stocked, chairs, and tables are well stacked, and linens to sent to laundry, as per closing checklists
• To comply with company mandatory requirements for fire, health, and safety, licensing, and employment and to ensure that members of the team are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance with the requirements.
• Become a professional valued member of the team with a flexible approach to improving customer service.
