Supply Chain Associate based out of Florham Park, New Jersey

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- SAP S4 Hana Key Role
- Inventory Management, Inventory Optimization, Excess and Obsolescence (E&O), Cycle Time Improvement, Production Frequencies
- Key user in purchasing, material groups master data management and vendor set-up responsibilities
- Receiving product in SAP (3PL, 3PS, in transit) aligning inventories allocated across different partners and warehouses
- Resolve warnings in SAP between system outbound vs warehouse third parties inbound
- Inventory reconciliation for assembling components, monitors production campaigns and inventory levels to identify changes and determines their effect on production plans
- Month end Supply Chain activities.

Requirements and personal skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Languages: Required (not specific to employee)
- Experience (years/area): 2+ years of experience in SAP and its related Supply Chain applications.
- Specific Knowledge: Pharmaceutical Sector, solid communication skills with ability to work in multinational environments. Driven and motivated by accomplishing world-class objectives. Well organized with a high level of attention to details. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, results oriented. - Personal skills: Please list all that apply General management skills, strong interpersonal and people development skills, strong results-orientation, superior leadership skills, ability to anticipate problems and solve them successfully.
