RUSSELL SPEEDERS CAR WASH is hiring a Supervisor! We need career driven, motivated individuals to develop their leadership potential and fast track them to site manager.

Supervisors work alongside our Manager in Training and General Manager with a hands-on approach to learn the Russell Speeders way in a profitable, fun, outdoor, interactive environment with the team while providing superior customer service. You will be managing the car wash enterprise 2 days per week!

PAID TRAINING includes including utilizing our industry leading technology and equipment, and performing each of the Associate roles at the location to allow you to lead and train by example.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

20$ Per Hr. plus 10K Annual Bonus (Paid Monthly)

Outstanding communication skills- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Excellent organizational and leadership potential Keen eye for detail/Safety Mindset Some College preferred but not required Supervisory experience a plus Mechanical aptitude helpful

You will be thoroughly trained in the following areas:

Open/Close and other daily operations Ensure output meets quality standards Manage facility, chemistry, wash supplies and labor

Direct Supervision of Performer/Greeters and Equipment Operators

Manage vendor relationships Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Lead marketing initiatives to drive revenue Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance Computer Experience – POS, Excel, E-mail, Text, etc. Organize workflow- prepare Schedules- Coach and Train Associates Accurate reconciliation of all financials including disbursement of commissions and incentives Seek opportunities to improve GUEST experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
