Studentische Aushilfe im Controlling (w_m_d) - 20 Stunden/Woche für den Bereich Market Controlling.

Dies ist eine einmalige Gelegenheit, Einblicke in die Finanz- und Controllingwelt eines schnelllebigen Konsumgüterunternehmens zu erhalten. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Market Controlling Team zusammen, unterstützt bei täglichen Aufgaben und bekommst jede Menge Hands-on Erfahrung.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

• Du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Reportings

• Du führst Soll-Ist-Analysen durch um eine periodengerechte Verbuchung sicher zu stellen

• Du unterstützt das Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben (z. B. mit Produktkalkulationen, Buchung von Kundenrechnungen)

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Fuhrparkplanung

  
  

Dein Profil:

• Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
• Nebenbei konntest Du schon erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Controlling / Rechnungswesen sammeln
• Du bist fit in Excel und bringst idealerweise erste SAP-Kenntnisse mit
• Analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Eigeninitiative zeichnen dich aus
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

For our office in Cologne we are looking for a

Working Student in Controlling (f_m_d) - 20 hours/ week within the area of Market Controlling.

This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into the finance and controlling world of a fast-moving consumer goods setting. You will work closely with the Market Controlling Team, assist with daily tasks and get lots of hands-on experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Actively supporting the team in the monthly and yearly report creation
• You carry out target vs actual analyses in order to ensure a period-based booking
• You support the team in their daily tasks (e.g. with product calculations, booking customer invoices)
• You are responsible for the car planning

Your Profile:

• You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Controlling, Accounting or a similar discipline
• Additionally you possess prior experience within the Controlling/Accunting field through internship etc.
• You are fit in Excel and ideally have some SAP knowledge
• Organizational and analytical skills, a good understanding of numbers, initiative are your key soft skills
• You speak fluent German and English
