J.W. Hulme Company, a subsidiary of iMedia Brands, Inc., is a manufacturer and retailer of luxury leather and canvas goods, accessories, and apparel.

J.W. Hulme is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is energetic, service focused and comfortable selling luxury goods.

The successful Store Manager leads by example in providing excellent service both in store and over the phone by educating our customers on product, responding to order inquiries, upselling goods, and fostering ongoing relationships with customers, team, and vendor partners. Adept at communicating with a variety of audiences, the Store Manager will train and develop a team of associates and ensure the store is running efficiently while maintaining store presentation and motivating staff to meet sales goals. Also, this individual takes ownership of the business results, initiative in satisfying the customer and exercises creativity in merchandising.

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of retail management experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree
• Comfortable selling at luxury price points
• Demonstrated success in the areas of customer service, visual merchandising, and team management
• Strong interpersonal skills, including decision-making skills and ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, flexible, and positive team player that is self-directed and self-motivated
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and Sundays
