Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Deliver 5-star, unforgettable guest experiences
  • Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle handoffs and returns
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, asset owners, and associates across all channels
  • Collaborate with industry partners to maintain impeccable fleet vehicles and vendor records
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization across all workspaces
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee insurance claims processing and submissions

Business Unit

  • Drive the growth and success of multiple business lines within the Simple Campers Station
  • Collaborate with the Central Operations Team to optimize rates based on demand, availability, and budgetary goals
  • Attract new customers and expand business reach
  • Foster strong relationships

The ideal candidates for the Station Manager role at Simple Campers would possess the following attributes:

  • Passionate about the outdoors and the camper van rental industry, with a genuine interest in delivering unforgettable experiences to customers.
  • Strong background in hospitality, with 5+ years of management experience in roles such as General Manager, Floor Manager, or Operations Manager in the hospitality or related industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with guests, asset owners, and associates.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solvers, who can think creatively and find solutions with limited resources.
  • Experience in coordinating and overseeing teams of third-party vendors or contractors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience representing a brand to the local community.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, Slack, Hubspot, and Monday.com (preferred).
  • Familiarity with vans and/or RVs (preferred), and an understanding of the unique requirements and challenges in the camper van rental industry.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as the role may involve handling equipment, inventory, and supplies.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions, as the job may require spending time at rental stations or assisting with vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as the role may require driving vehicles to and from various locations for maintenance or handoffs.
  • Eagerness to take ownership, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, fast-paced company with significant growth potential.

Pay: $66,003.00 - $77,757.00 per year
