Professional Painter Position:

Complete Custom Painting is a 16 year old commercial/residential painting company and seeking to fill (3) staining/painting positions:

Qualified candidates will primarily do window staining/painting of Renewal By Andersen windows and doors. Ideal candidate will have (1) year staining experience and more than (1) years interior painting experience for occupied homes. A requirement is that the candidate understands job site etiquette, cleanliness and professionalism. Full time or part time work is available.

Position will require roughly one- three months of full time training to learn our process for staining/painting. We use a water-based staining process that involves a learning curve and will require the candidates to put some time in the field in order to excel in the position. After training employee they will be given an equipment list and be able to work on their own.

This position requires total and complete commitment to quality.

Compensation:

As an employee of the company we pay $19.50 per hour for the first month unless the candidate has a higher experience level which then can be negotiated at different starting wage. After that first month of training we negotiate an hourly rate based on experience and aptitude. Employees have opportunities to get bonuses with the commitment to great work. We are looking for long term hires. We have grown 20 to 30 percent for 5 years in a row and need quality people.
