Job Summary

This position is responsible for a team of analysts and consultants driving data-driven insights to enable business decisions, performance insights and continuous improvements. Success in this role will require a highly personable and proactive approach to leadership, teamwork and stakeholder management. Candidate will possess a blend of business consulting skills and data analytics experience. Ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with and manage expectations across multiple stakeholder groups. Candidate will be advising business by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Role will require the ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for data and analytics initiatives, guide team to expertly solve business problems with emerging technologies and introduce technical advancements based on industry trends. Provide leadership and oversight for team of analysts and consultants to successfully support growth and development at all levels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years experience.
• 7 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants.
• 7 years experience requiring data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data.
• 4 years leadership experience including 2 yrs in a management position.
• Experience of Healthcare benefits, terminology, and concepts and insurance economies.
• Experience of quantitative and qualitative standards and measures and statistical measures and concepts.
• Negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
• Project delivery experience a plus but not required
