Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:

Hold current Georgia Licensure or PCE in the field of Speech Language Pathology

OR

Candidates must hold qualifications for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and have earned a minimum score of 600 on the Praxis II in the area of Speech Language Pathology.

Staff shall demonstrate professional competencies and skills

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Conduct speech-language assessments in accordance with Coastal Speech Therapy's procedures and timelines
• Develop Plan of Cares (POC), Speech Plans, and or ISFPs for clients and family education
• Provide therapy through individual, small group, and collaborative models
• Maintain a daily log of services provided and hours worked (using forms provided by Coastal Speech Therapy)
• Provide services to clients based on objectives, service model, and time indications
• Follow all Coastal Speech Therapy's policies and procedures
• Prepare required reports as directed by Coastal Speech Therapy to monitor amount, type, and quality of services provide.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client
• Utilize safe & appropriate handing procedures when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality..
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, other professionals, and co-workers.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
