In this role you will:

• demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient.
• be responsible and accountable for the planning, directing and provision of speech language pathology care to patients in accordance with the Texas Speech Therapy Practice Act.
• provide patient care aligned with physician’s orders, recognized speech language pathology techniques, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

License/Certification
Current TX Speech Therapy License
BLS preferred

Experience
Inpatient acute care experience preferred
MBSS experience preferred
