Role: Specialist Payment Backoffice
Location: Frankfurt am Main (DE)
These daily tasks await you:-
Domestic check processing import including scanning and control of checksums for our existing and new customers
Processing of bills of exchange including check of bills of exchange, system recording and documentation / dispatch of collection letters
Support for OUR fee collection and billing to foreign banks
Support for same-day payment transactions
Compliance with the service times for our customers
Skills we can't do without:
As part of your training as a bank clerk or comparable commercial training, you have already acquired basic knowledge of payment transactions, ideally also international payment transactions
You are interested in the business processes in the back office of a bank
You have in-depth knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams)
You have good German and English language skills
You think and work in a service and team-oriented manner
Skills we like to see:
Desirable, but not a requirement, is initial experience with the systems and institutions commonly used in payment transactions (e.g. SEPA, TARGET2, Euro1/Step1, Bundesbank, ECB, EBA, SWIFT)
You have an affinity for IT and can quickly familiarize yourself with it
You are happy to accept new tasks and challenges
