Title: Medical Writing Specialist
Location: Titusville, NJ
Duration: 9 months - To start, 4 days in office while training (2 week minimum); then Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Summary:
This is a call center. Extremely high level. Responsible for responding to medical inquiries from medical professionals - triage, adverse events, etc. Intake only, not solving issue. Serves as frontline therapeutic specialist responsible for engaging healthcare professional customers in rich clinical dialogue and providing such customer support as clinical presentations, literature searches and other therapeutic activities as needed. Also engages in adverse event reporting, product quality complaint reporting, and other processes as required.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Omni Channel support and completes special assignments.
- Interacts with business partners external to the MICC.
- Provides timely, accurate, thorough, and balanced responses to unsolicited requests for information from internal and external customers consistent with regulatory guidelines.
- Documents interactions in Department database.
- Identifies captures and processes adverse events and product quality complaints following Department procedures.
- Conducts literature analysis to respond to unsolicited, off-label inquiries as needed.
- Exchanges customer insights and scientific information with internal partners as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Master’s or Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred.
- Prior experience as a registered pharmacist and or nurse in the community, hospital, or industry settings makes a big impact on helping the external customer in this role.
- Healthcare professional - someone who as practiced and knows medical information
- Great communication skills
- Needs to be clear and concise
