JOB SUMMARY
This position contributes to Sanctuary success by monitoring daily operations and profitability of the Spa Boutique. This position ensures the safety and comfort of guests and employees.

JOB FUNCTIONS
Note: the following duties and responsibilities are not all-inclusive
- Meet budgeted revenue for the Spa Boutique.
- Keep cost of sales within the budget.
- Provide the purchaser and/or Director with complete inventory, on a monthly basis.
- Create item numbers for each product, tag all the items and update files.
- Receive and confirm inventory by logging it into the computer.
- Physical, monthly, counts of every piece in stock.
- Track items/products sold whether: on hand, ordered and/or received.
- Coordinate product training for all spa associates.
- Communicate any necessary information with vendors.
- Prepare inventory for RTV (return to vendor).
- Ensure that vendor, item number, price and stock levels are accurate in Spa Soft.
- Develop and market the Spa Boutique.
- Frequently redo displays to keep the boutique looking fresh and new.
- Create means of communication between retail area and service providers.
- Replenish stock on shelves; clean and organize boutique, daily.
- Keep back storage area organized/clean.
- Ensure spa retail shop cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Assist guests in making their purchases and up sell by informing guest of product benefits.
- Educate spa retail associates on up-selling techniques.
- Plan incentives for service providers to help sell products.
- Provide training to spa retail associates to ensure knowledgeable personnel.
- Provide support, direction and feedback to the spa retail associates.
- Complete performance reviews for the spa retail associates in a timely manner.
- Ensure that retail associates have the proper tools to successfully complete their job.
- Assist spa associates, managers, guests and members in spa area as needed.
- Responsible for employee scheduling to ensure proper staff coverage, based upon business demands.
- Spa, Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities.
- Completes other projects as assigned by the Spa Director.

Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
Related Work Experience
Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
SpaSoft Software experience preferred.
Experience with hospitality and customer service required.
Required Knowledge
Strong retail background required.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as:
- Word, Excel, Outlook.
