• Read/comprehend blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas, and processing charts
• Heavy pre-construction management
• Oversee project creation: Contract and schedule review, implement project controls, systems and processes, drive project kick-off meetings, align resources and set expectations/goals
• Coordinate all aspects of project mobilization and demobilization
• Manage sub-contracts and sub-contractors
• Monitor/review daily project reports, and provide direction as needed

• Service area (CA Central Valley & Chico to Bakersfield)

• Travel (2 -4 times a month to job sites)
• Managing 12 -18 people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
