We're currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Pro Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in local communities across the state.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of door-to-door canvassers to promote Yuma Energy Solutions and educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to increase lead generation and achieve sales targets
• Identify and prioritize target neighborhoods for canvassing based on demographic and market research
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on canvassing progress and results
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads for follow-up and conversion
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality of the canvassing program
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and effective brand message across all marketing channels

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in door-to-door canvassing or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and design preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $234,000.00 per year
