JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the research, planning, vision casting, and implementation of social media and
digital content marketing on all corporate social media platforms. Assist with planning and
oversight of digital advertising budgets across platforms. Review, analyze, and report on a
variety of digital marketing data points and campaign results. Work in a collaborative
environment with communications and marketing staff to consistently promote and maintain a
strong and consistent brand image.

- Research target audience, discover current trends, develop and cultivate brand persona for
each platform, and keep up with ever-changing digital marketing methodology, platforms, and
tools. - Propose direction and new ideas to drive social media, SEM, and other digital marketing key
performance indicators (KPIs). - Compile monthly reporting to show month-over-month trends and provide insights and
recommendations which optimize and improve future KPIs. - Create and maintain a social media content calendar and digital ad tracking.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on digital advertising budgets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in the development of copy, video, and graphics for
various social media platforms. - Work with boosting posts and placing ad campaigns, including implementing and monitoring
the daily budget for both. - Actively and frequently participate in conversations with our community on social media,
increasing engagement through user-generated content and influencers. - Manage online reviews and facilitate conversation as necessary to improve customer
satisfaction and strengthen Service Level Agreement. - Create tracking links (UTMs).
- Complete other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any major relevant to digital marketing and corporate communications
(including graphic design, web design, or video production) is required. - 1-3 years of experience producing/managing social media and digital marketing channels
required. - Social media certification is desired.
- Experience with social media content, digital media content, analytics, monitoring, and visual
tools (Hootsuite, Google Alerts, and/or Canva) is desired. - Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation is desired.
- Experience working in an ad agency or creative department is desired.
