Job description
Site of care concierge representative is the face of Aetna/CVS to provide targeted, personalized service based on a holistic view of the member, benefits, and health information through engagement. Handles site of service transitions through CVS Caremark based on medical policy; while working the end to end process once prescription is received at CVS Caremark. Calls are typically routine but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures to engage and consult; members and providers. Provides support to the Department in meeting client (Aetna) expectations regarding efficiency, service levels, privacy maintenance and quality of decision-making. Responsible for maintaining compliance with ERISA, and client specific requirements. Works as part of the team to meet business unit objectives

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Customer Service and/or Billing experience
- 2 years of healthcare experience required
- Must live within 50 miles of the following sites: Fairfield, NJ, Monroeville, PA, and Mount Prospect, IL

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to customer focus to ensure patients are responded to with accurate and timely information.
- Ability to deal with a diverse customer base in a friendly and confident manner including medical office providers and members. Must display empathy and effective listening skills to deliver successful cost-saving transitions of care. A proven background in medical/pharmacy benefits, particularly as these relate to infused specialty medications. Analytical skills and the ability to master complex systems are prerequisites. A balance of compassion, integrity, discretion, sound judgment, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed metrics.
