• Responsible for leading the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process through data analysis
• Lead monthly Demand Review analysis with plant level Supply Chain team, Sales and Customer Delivery Champions to ensure the best forecast is loaded for each major customer
• Lead monthly Supply Review analysis with plant Operations to determine what the changes from the Demand Review will have on each location
• Track and analyze forecast accuracy and use the data to improve future short-term and long-term forecast planning
• Track and analyze inventory levels and settings to determine opportunity and ensure inventory targets are achieved
• Develop and improve processes and best practices to increase customer and supplier on time delivery, reduce premium freight and meet inventory targets
• Support project teams as needed for new projects and new products.
• Provide motivation to team members to reach daily production goals
• Act as the change agents to drive improvement and foster the culture set forth by management

• Warehouse operation requires the use of safety equipment, such as, eye safety glasses and steel toe shoes

• Ability to perform in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar field required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing processes and procedures preferred
• Significant experience in a related field may be substituted for the education requirement
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and ERP Systems
• SAP knowledge, Lean Manufacturing training & Six Sigma certification is preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; sufficient knowledge in organizational skills; solid interpersonal skills; and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of document control practices and procedures preferred
• Advanced knowledge of material/distribution practices and procedures
