Simon Elementary School has an opening for a part-time Assistant Cook for the 2023-24 school year. Applicants must be detail oriented and work well with students. A Safe Food Handlers or Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Certificate is required. Experience in school food service is preferred. Training with P.O.S. Computerized Register will be provided. Applicants must have the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and lift and/or move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
