Amici's in San Francisco, CA is hiring Shift Leaders!

DELICIOUS COMPLIMENTARY MEALS! OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT.

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, experienced restaurant Shift Leaders to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. As a supervisor, you will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.

Restaurant Shift Leader Duties and Responsibilities:

-Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service

-Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

Shift Leader Requirements:

-Must be available to work nights, including weekends

-18 yrs or older

-Will need a valid CA Food Handler card within 30 days of hire

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.99 per hour
