As a Shared People Services Specialist you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Participates in call monitoring activities and identification of service improvements.
  • Identifies issues/trends impacting team members, implements solutions, and process improvements to increase team member satisfaction.
  • Supports the Sign On Bonus, Retention Bonus, and overpayment claw back processes to include reviewing reports, sending templated correspondence, and loading supporting information to collections portal.
  • Monitors PTO balance for payout and completed bank updates in Workday.
  • Populates Workday EIBs (load templates) in support of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Uses reports and other diagnostics to identify missing or incorrect team data (SSN, DOB, names changes, etc.), reaches out to team member, manager, or HR representative to obtain corrected information and updates Workday.
  • Assigns pay card assignments and processes replacements.
  • Assists with Governmental Reporting (EEO-1, 1094/1095C).
  • Calculates and/or reconciles the Benefit Self-Billing and Vendor Invoices.
  • Administers Allen Medical Staffing Benefits Administration.

What is Required?

  • Associate’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ year experience related Human Resources experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience with Workday is preferred
  • Previous experience with home health, hospice or behavioral health environments is preferred

You will report to the Director of Shared People Services.
