• $18 - $25/hr based on qualifications and experience

About the Position

As a Service Writer with First, you will ensures efficient vehicle maintenance scheduling and manage work orders. Other job duties as Service Writer include:

• Open and close work order requests
• Run and review reports as needed
• Answer shop telephones and schedule repair appointments
• Maintain vehicle information files
• Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service
• Arrange pick-up of outside repairs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; Technical training preferred
• Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database applications
• Subject to drug testing
