SERVICE TECHNICIAN (GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN)
RSVC Company is looking for talented Service Technicians for Construction and Maintenance of our clients.
RSVC is a Construction General Contractor and Service Maintenance Company. We serve the Grocery, Retail, Restaurant, and Commercial Facility Industries. SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing routine client maintenance and repairs on customer premises as described per jobs requested by the customer. Performance of building maintenance and repairs in one or more fields (e.g. Carpentry; Flooring: repair or replace of VCT, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, tile carpet, crack fill, epoxy flooring system, saw cut concrete, concrete back fill and finish; Ceiling: repair or replace ceiling tile(s), cross bars, main bars, repair hard top ceilings, cleaning.) Perform demolition of fixture and/or wall, etc. Repairs to include, but not limited to, doors, door closer's, and specialty items such as check-stands, bumpers, corner guards, box rails, retail store and/or restaurant appliances and furniture. Break down or building of pallet racks as requested by the customer. Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a valid CA driver license with good driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Two years’ Service Tech/Maintenance experience preferred
- Basic understanding of general construction and carpentry is a plus
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Basic proficiency with technology
- Customer Service oriented
- Present a professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Color Vision
- Ability to push minimum of 100 pounds (power appliances)
- Ability to lift minimum 50 pounds (trash and supplies)
- Ability to climb, bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, walking, etc., as job may require.
Compensation varies by experience. We will train apprentices with the right resume.

Experience:
- Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Handyman/Jack-of-all-Trades: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License in good standing (Required)
