Corbo & Sons Osteria is a modern Italian restaurant located in Shrewsbury, NJ led by James Beard nominated chef/owner Richard Corbo. Corbo & Sons offers lunch, dinner, catering and events and boasts some of the best pizza, pasta, and Italian cuisine in Monmouth County; however, not at the expense of a superior work environment, one of professionalism, collaboration, and respect.

Corbo & Sons Shrewsbury seeks a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, fine dining as well as local experience, and be ready to take on the task of running dinner service.

Key Responsibilities include-

• Recruitment, training, scheduling and supervision of FOH staff.
• Direct five dinner services per week.
• Create and maintain new and existing guest relationships.
• Proactive labor cost control based on business levels.
• Daily service meeting prior to opening.
• Ensure restaurant’s FOH areas are clean and ServSafe compliant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
