The Service and Scheduling Supervisor will work alongside and lead a team of customer service representatives, delivery schedulers and in-home technicians. This role will be instrumental in achieving organizational KPI’s through mentoring, coaching and training. Daily responsibilities include supporting associates in their job duties, resolving higher level customer complaints, fielding customer inquiries, monitoring customer communications, and data collection and reporting.

The successful candidate will bring to the position:

  • Diplomacy and understanding of customer service challenges;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to customers and associates;
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills;
  • Aptitude in problem solving;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel;
  • Three (3) years customer service experience;
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience.

We’ll be excited if you have experience in:

  • Advanced Excel formulas;
  • DispatchTrack software;
  • STORIS software;
  • The furniture or related retail industry.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
