Summary:
LM Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and positive Server to join our team. A Server is responsible for ensuring the guests are having a pleasurable experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, taking orders, delivering goods, table maintenance, sanitation, distribution of check and daily side work. LM Restaurant Group values their employees by providing a safe, constructive and positive work environment.
Essential Functions:
Polite and friendly demeanor with a guest forward approach to service
Resolve guest issues
Take orders and provide menu recommendations for in house and carryout dining
Accurately entering orders into POS system
Learn full menu including allergens in each menu item
Check guest identification
Cash handling
Complete opening and closing side work
Sanitation & table maintenance
Stocking
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
Occasional janitorial services
Occasional host responsibilities: answer phone, greet and seat guests
Occasional Bartending responsibilities: pouring drinks, opening beer and wine, mixing cocktails

Required Education and experience:
1+ years Serving experience in an trendy high-volume restaurant
Food Handlers certification within 30 days of employment
BASSET certification within 30 days of employment
Allergen certification preferred
High School diploma/GED preferred
