As a Senior Sourcing Analyst supporting the Corporate Services and Maintenance Repair and Operation categories , you will provide financial, commercial, and risk-related analyses to evaluate the impact of various purchases and initiatives. You will be instrumental in helping the company make informed and data-driven sourcing decisions that balance cost, quality, and risk to achieve strategic goals.

What You Will Do

Influencing to Impact Decisions:

• Use knowledge of financial concepts and business acumen to influence business leaders within the Operations, Finance, and Engineering organizations.
• Complete detailed financial analyses and industry research, identifying options, and reporting out to leadership with recommended actions.

Partner with Stakeholders:

• Work with Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR and Facilities, business customers to develop procurement strategies, align on strategic partnerships, and execute corporate services and MRO contracts.

Process Improvement:

• Challenge procurement processes to continuously improve contracting and purchasing cycle time, enabling speed to market.
• Support existing processes and the establishment of new processes, focusing on how to add value and mitigate risk for the company.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, supply chain, procurement, operations/engineering, or experience in information technology reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or MBA plus 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, supply chain, procurement, operations/engineering, or experience in information technology reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate with 9 years of experience in finance/accounting, supply chain, procurement, operations/engineering, or experience in information technology reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Sciences plus 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, supply chain, procurement or operations/engineering reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Compensation

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $87,000 -$130,600
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
