Our client is a led designer, developer and manufacturer of proprietary Medical devices with a growing global presence within the Neurosurgical field. As a key element of the commercial strategy, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an experienced and energetic Sales Representative for the Würzburg / Bamberg area.

The successful candidate in this position should be at the forefront of the company and committed to developing and implementing an effective sales strategy. The aim is to promote sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute after-sales strategies in the territory
  • Become a point of reference for product knowledge and provide training to clinical staff
  • Organize events across the network of the clinical account to drive patient awareness
  • Manage the network of the account that is responsible for selling consumables
  • Provide reports and direct reports to the management, as required

Key qualifications and experience

  • At least 5 years sales experience, ideally with experience in interventional cardiology or surgical related medical devices
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, dependent upon location and demands of the business
