The Role
As our Senior Sales manager, you will work closely with our pre-sales managers to fill the sales pipeline and own and drive the end-to-end sales process.
Your mission
Be responsible for the acquisition of new customers worldwide- Identify strategic targets; nurture and build key prospects/customer contacts in target companies at executive/ leadership levels
- Pitch and present our product to potential customers such as financial institutions and banks
- Identify the challenges and needs of potential customers and create engagement with our product
- Build a compelling story for new client proposals. Lead RFP and proposal development process, including coordinating with product, pre-sales, and tech teams
- As the customer's contact person, you accompany them through the sales cycle from the initial contact to the conclusion of the deal
- Take responsibility for the negotiation and signing of deals
- Observe the market and the competition and identify new sales opportunities
Your profile
- You are a sales professional with 3-5 years of experience and have a proven track record in B2B / B2B2C and enterprise sales in the SaaS environment
- Previous experience in banking / fintech is a plus
- Dealing with C-Level of large corporations and banks motivates you and challenging targets are your success driver
- You bring a hands-on mentality and partnership-oriented assertiveness, as well as strong negotiation skills
- You are great at developing meaningful and long-lasting business relationships
- You act as a role model and support your colleagues in their development.
- You bring excellent communication skills in English, any additional European language is a plus
