What you do-

• Manage and motivate a team of hourly employees
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests and staff
• Drive financial results through creative promotions and sales strategies
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Lead by example and set the exciting pace and tone for the shift - it's all about fun!

• Ability to handle high-volume days and walk several miles per shift
• Passion for a culture of enthusiasm and energy
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
