In this role you will mainly support hiring the very best talent into our fast growing Sales & Service organization in Germany and Eastern EU, but around here we live by ‘One Team, Best Team’ as a first principle and we always offer our support wherever and whenever needed.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full E2E cycle
- Setting and managing expectations on the recruiting timeline with hiring manager, proactively addressing potential issues and bringing solutions
- Actively using data to assess and measure candidate funnel, recruiting performance and talent market
- Actively monitoring and optimizing recruiting funnel using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Be an advocate for and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
- Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in the Tesla environment
- Focusing on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity, continuously looking for ways for us to do even better
- Provide training to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in an agency and/ or corporate environment
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent in volume across DACH
- Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans
- A genuine passion for recruiting as a craft and the desire to continuously learn and grow in your role
- A calm, considered approach with exceptional communication skills at all times
- Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
- Performs well in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing/fluctuating targets and business needs
- Highly skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, regardless of level you get your message across effectively and in a collaborative and respectful manner
- Good knowledge of MS Office
