Senior Project Manager - Remote working - Occasional on site visits - 12 month contract initially - Up to €90p/h
As a Senior Project Manager you will be managing the development of projects in the field of e-mobility, e.g. for the development of drive units (e-machine, inverter, HV battery, fuel cell) or for the development and system integration of an electrified drive system.
You will take over the technical and commercial responsibility for results in the project, including precise tracking of the financial situation of the project as well as sustainable and skillful management of additional expenses.

Additional responsibilities:
- Ensure decision making and take ownership based on meaningful recommendations from sub-project managers
- Assumption of project planning during acquisition and support in the preparation of offers
- Responsibility for compliance and continuous improvement of all project-relevant processes
- Ensuring the necessary coordination and communication with customers, internal departments as well as internal and external project partners
- Configuration and coordination of the project team, managing the suppliers by having a very good overview of all technical, financial, and human resources issues of the project
- Evaluation of own projects regarding innovation capability and expandability
- Management-appropriate reporting and independent escalation of necessary issues
- Continuous improvement and monitoring of compliance with project management processes
Requirements:
- Completed engineering degree, preferably in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Strong personality with self-confident appearance
- Experience with relevant project management tools and processes
- Experience in proactive customer management as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
- Great passion for the topic of project management as well as a strong will to create within the given possibilities
- Strong instinct to identify potential issues and take appropriate action with strong focus
- High degree of flexibility, commitment, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills (English, German is a strong positive)
