Opportunity at a Glance
In this role, As a Senior Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You will also lead and mentor a team of process improvement specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage processes and procedures across the organization
- Work closely with department heads to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes
- Analyze existing processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- Lead and mentor a team of process improvement specialists to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and implemented
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management on the status of process improvement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement and bring new ideas and techniques to the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, process management, or a related field
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of process improvement specialists
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68637.22 and $124230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
