Job description
East harbor is seeking a mid-level associate to join its private equity team in the Miami office. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least five yearsof experience advising private equity firms, venture capital firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions. A private equity analyst in the Miami office will focus on a broad range of corporate finance situations.
Responsibilities
· Conduct extensive company research and analysis
· Financial modelling, valuation, comparable & relative valuation analysis
· Conduct and model a broad range of corporate finance situations and due diligence
· Assist the team in all client marketing activities including the development and continued cultivation of new clients
· Adhere to regulations and confidentiality policies
· Maintain knowledge on current technologies & services relevant to our potential investment opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,351.94 - $204,601.04 per year
