About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Service Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the deliverables for our customers, measuring service levels, and implementing operational processes to meet contractual obligations and provide best in class service delivery operations. You will also drive contractual performance measures, operational profitability and overall function/account governance and adherence.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to managers and senior professional staff.
- Adapting and executing functional or departmental business plans and contribute to the development of strategy.
- Requiring comprehensive understanding of healthcare space including pharmacy benefits management experience.
- Identifying and resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
- Measuring the performance to meet SLAs, adhere to business unit metrics and accomplish account performance.
- Managing the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leading special PBM projects with appropriate functional business documentation.
- Enhancing the content and quality of client reports, records, and claims.
- Evaluating RFP cost models and supporting product definitions.
- Conducting application demonstrations.
- Leading and participating in business development initiatives.
- Providing analysis of vulnerabilities and gaps to drive mitigation and remediation of attacks and recommending action on risk issues.
- Preparing monthly reports for Senior and Executive management regarding incoming trends & strategy effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent business experience.
- Have ten years of healthcare experience.
- Show five years of pharmacy healthcare experience.
- Possess five years of management experience.
- Display Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or contact center management experience.
- Have an understanding around pharmacy claims processing, prior authorization, along with retrospective and prospective drug utilization review programs.
- Possess expertise in project management.
- Demonstrate ability to act with purpose and intention.
- Display writing and communication skills.
- Possess client satisfaction orientation.
- Have ability to effectively lead and motivate teams with a focus on team development.
