Then join our QM team and contribute to an interdisciplinary role with diverse interfaces and manage overarching customer quality contracts.
In your new role you will:
- Tightly cooperate and align with sales, account teams, business unit (BU) and legal department regarding quality contracts
- Negotiate quality contracts with customers
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality content of all other contracts
- Roll out and conduct quality contract management trainings for different levels e.g. PL manager and other customer facing organizations
- Prepare internal and external audits with respect to customer quality requirements
- Align with central QM / BU QM / BU and process owners regarding new customer requirements before agreement
- Communicate new requirements into the organization
This job is suitable for full- and part-time.

Moreover, you live up to high quality standards, have a good sense for cost, strive for continuous improvement and you develop and implement effective solutions. You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A technical degree with economical focus or a legal degree with technical background
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry, in quality management – especially in contract management
- Ideally know-how about relevant automotive and industrial quality standards , e.g. IATF, AIAG, AEC, etc., as well as quality contracts and automotive requirements
- At the best experienced in semiconductor manufacturing (FE/BE) and process-engineering
- Interest in international travelling
- Fluent English skills
