As the Manager of Information Technology Identity Management, your main responsibility is to oversee and manage the organization's digital identity and access management systems. This involves developing and implementing strategies and policies, and systems for user authentication, authorization, and access control, as well as ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Our identity management services cover a wide range of identity profiles including, employee, contractor, supplier, customer, and joint ventures. Which each having unique identity challenges and needs.Responsibilities:

As the Manager of Information Technology Identity Management, your main responsibility is to oversee and manage the organization's digital identity and access management systems. This involves developing and implementing strategies and policies, and systems for user authentication, authorization, and access control, as well as ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. - Developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM) program that aligns with the organization's business objectives
- Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement access policies and procedures, as well as managing the organization's identity and access governance program
- Conducting regular security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management, and implementing appropriate security controls to mitigate those risks Overseeing the provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, access rights, and permissions across various IT systems

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to identity and access management, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
- Managing and monitoring user activity logs to detect and investigate suspicious or malicious behavior
- Providing technical support and guidance to other IT teams regarding identity and access management issues
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to identity and access management
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of Information Security experience
- 2 years lead experience

- Master's degree
- At least 8 years of Information Security experience
- 2 years lead experience
OR
- At least 14 years of Information Security experience
- 2 years lead experience

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - A degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field
- Experience in identity management capabilities
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing identity technologies
- Experience in setting up segmented identity management environments for specific use cases
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities In-depth knowledge of security technologies, standards, and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading and developing technical resources
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
- Professional security certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, or CISM preferred
