SR HR Business Partner

Your tasks:
- Partner with Leadership: Offer sparring, consulting, and support for the (senior) management within your areas on all personnel related questions
- Drive Change: Work closely with business stakeholders to develop people solutions (e.g Talent Strategy & Learning Journeys) and drive the implementation through collaboration and accountability
- Coach: Advise and coach line-managers through complex employee relation issues with a systemic approach and transform your insights into new concepts and formats.
- Big picture: Manage the entire performance review process (including talent review, salary process, succession planning). Advise and recommend areas of improvement and communicate those findings.
- Employee Engagement: Work closely with Employer Branding and other HR teams to lead employee engagement initiatives and influence accordingly to drive overall employee satisfaction.
Your profile:
- Background & Experience: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- The right knowledge: As “a people person” who understands the power of data, you bring 5+ years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business function or HR consultant, preferably within a fast-paced business environment
- Systemic approach: You have experience in systemic conceptual work and consulting. You have developed and implemented innovative HR tools in the past, also bringing in experience in coaching executives on change processes, leadership, as well as labor law topics.
- Growth mindset & Can-do attitude: You are solution-oriented and proactive, take responsibility for challenging topics and always stay calm and positive - even in stressful situations. You enjoy thinking through topics conceptually and then implementing them operationally.
- Self-Motivated and Structured: You are able to work independently and trust your instincts and you are very goal-oriented in your daily activities. You know how and when to involve your relevant stakeholders at any time.
- Communication Skills: You are fluent in German and English and you find it easy to create trusting working relationships and communicate with various stakeholders at eye level.
