Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Finance Senior Enterprise Analyst is part of the CNO Finance Department and provides functional configuration and support of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will report to the Finance ERP Manager.

Location:

ONSITE in Durant, Oklahoma

Schedule:

Monday - Friday/8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Primary Tasks:

  • You will support important enterprise financial systems, including responding to issues and incidents, identifying causes, and preventing issues from occurring.

  • You will participate in software upgrades, functional testing, and data validation to ensure quality solutions and ensure that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs.

  • You will be contact during testing events to support users while they run test scripts, help during issue identification and documentation, and during troubleshooting and resolution periods that are built into testing cycles.

  • You will develop test scenarios and scripts to support all testing events, including: releases, patches, enhancements, upgrades, and reimplementation.

  • You will maintain ERP functional configuration while collaborating and partnering with Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR to deliver a product our finance team loves.

  • You will assist with training staff in the use of ERP system applications

  • You will take a lead role in translating business problems and opportunities into plans of action to address these problems or opportunities.

  • You will ensure compliance with our change and security policies.

  • You will develop queries and reports within available business applications.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • High degree of data accuracy and integrity.

  • Understanding of accounting operations and accounting impact of ERP transactions

  • 5 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or ERP Financials support
