As the Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our digital messages are properly built, loaded, and scheduled for sending across a number of channels. You'll also interpret and report the result while looking for opportunities to test and optimize. This is a highly collaborative rule that interfaces daily with product divisions, inventory control, IT, and creative teams. We are looking for a right-brain/left-brain individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in building e-mail campaigns. You have a background in corporate brand identity and can readily translate feedback from multiple stakeholders into effective email marketing strategies. Candidate should also possess relevant digital marketing experience and demonstrate the ability to manage projects and improve their workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize sophisticated email flows through segmentation
  • Build a monthly email calendar for both brands and collaborate with the creative and copy team
  • Meet revenue goals while nurturing customer relationships and focusing on LTV
  • Ensure all emails adhere to our brand guide
  • Run A/B tests
  • Improve and push existing referral programs
  • Implement SMS marketing and other monetization channels
  • Monitor ROl and KPIs
  • Prepare necessary work and projects to be presented at weekly creative review with management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing experience
  • Deep expertise in email marketing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project management - Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good aesthetic sensibility
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong understanding of online
  • marketing metrics. Experience with Google Analytics
  • Advanced understanding of Contact, Klaviyo, SalesForce, or MailChimp
  • Understanding of programmatic and automation a plus
  • HTML and CSS experience
  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Performs tasks autonomously and takes personal accountability for actions
