Position Summary
Trideum is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Operations Integrator who is a passionate, innovative, and dedicated professional with an interest in providing technical, data-driven support combined with strategy-informed research analysis. We want someone who wants to grow with us. You will provide operational advice and support to enable the modernizing of analytic tools to meet customers’ current and future needs. This is a full-time position supporting the US Army Operational Test Command (OTC). This is an exciting, full-time opportunity. The applicant will be required to work from home and possess the ability to travel to support operational/mission/job requirements (travel to Huntsville HQ, Killeen satellite office, EW test sites). This role will require a combination of independent creative solution development skills and teamwork within a broader spectrum of interdisciplinary team members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving challenging, unstructured, and time-critical problems in both leadership and supporting roles. The candidate will participate in analyses, assessments, and workshops that integrate technical, operational, and programmatic aspects across various elements of the Department of Defense. The individual will support cross-functional, high-performance teams conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including wargaming, to inform decision-makers at the highest levels of the Army.
This role will require creativity and innovation to combine the discipline of research and analysis with broader program and government customer objectives. In this role, the candidate will manage multiple tasks concurrently, often with constrained timelines. Tasks may be aligned to the individual’s expertise and interests but will often require individuals to rapidly learn and apply new knowledge and skills. Successful candidates will quickly be rewarded with leadership opportunities and direct engagement with external clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do: Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expertise in EW operations, processes, procedures, capabilities, and tools to perform mission analysis, requirements elicitation, and capabilities development for government modeling and simulation modernization programs.
- Support system engineering and software development of Operational Test Command IEWTD's Intelligence Modeling and Simulations for Evaluation software through development of use cases and Agile user stories.
- Perform system analysis to determine what future M&S systems must do to achieve operational test mandates.
- Develop and execute structured interviews with engineers and test officers to elicit user requirements.
- Support the execution of wargames to validate and verify user requirements.
- Compose final reports and briefs.
- Using concepts of operation and other organizational documents define user needs and build stakeholder needs.
- Identify system performance, employment concepts, and operational performance data about military capabilities from a wide variety of sources. Interpret and align resources to assist in modeling of military capabilities and concepts in campaign-level modeling, simulation, and analysis tools.
- Perform data collection, research, and analysis of friendly and threat systems in all domains (air, sea, space, and land). Create summary reports to meet government customers’ requirements.
- Apply or develop knowledge of intelligence sources, Service program office capability developments, and operational understanding to represent capabilities in warfighting logical modeling.
- Use knowledge of Service acquisition program offices and existing warfighting systems to create a representation of systems in a campaign context.
- Travel will occur on an as needed basis, less than 25%.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in U.S. Army Electronic Warfare (EW) operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of U.S. and adversary EW systems capabilities, platforms, equipment, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Experience and understanding in leading qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience with U.S. and adversary operational concepts; Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for employment of EW systems capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience developing concise, well-written analytic products to inform decision making and presenting analytic results.
- If required by the US Government, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, except in limited circumstances where legally entitled to an accommodation.
- Work with systems and software engineers to support the system requirements definition process.
- Travel to Fort Huachuca, Arizona to perform face-to-face interviews and learn operation of IMASE and IEWTPT M&S programs.
- Ability to work independently while meeting all milestones and contract deliverables.
- Active DoD Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) eligibility

Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Any formal job offer will be contingent upon the incumbents' receipt of an Interim Clearance and successful adjudication of the security clearance process.
