Job Summary:

The Security Program Manager will combine technical skills and program management abilities, with strong communication ability to influence a cross-matrixed team in implementing an ever-evolving security roadmap and iterative security improvement efforts. You will be overseeing all aspects of program delivery including documenting project scope, requirements, costs, project impacts risks, reporting, stakeholder management, and preparing concise updates for executive leadership.

Essential Functions:

• Partner closely with IT Engineering, IT Operations, Developers, communications, and Legal to deploy security tools and services.

• Create dashboards and other instruments used to present project metrics to various stakeholders.

• Simultaneously manage and deliver multiple, complex enterprise-level technology projects in a collaborative manner.

• Manage change controls, project scope, agreements, process compliance, testing, and delivery.

• Demonstrate an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of business stakeholders.

• Identification and planning strategies to overcome obstacles.

• Define delivery scope, timeline, roadmap, and milestones clearly and properly.

• Communicate project status to a broad audience including senior leaders.

• Detail-oriented and proficient documentation of project artifacts and updates.

• Research and planning system acquisition in preparation for testing and deployment.

• Identify operational, communication, and procedural gaps.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant degree programs

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing security specific projects and programs.

• PMP and Security related certifications

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

• Working knowledge of security principles, fundamentals, and frameworks

• Comprehensive knowledge of security principle and practices.

• History of delivering complex technical initiatives in complex, fast-moving environments.

The annual salary for this position is $125K-$140K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
