Hiring Immediately - Upscale Retail Plaza Security Officer

Scope of Work: Security - Upscale Retail Plaza Security Officer to be proactive in preventing and identifying possible theft. Position will require you to be standing for long periods of time. Will be the liaison with Local Law Enforcement and other Security Services when an incident occurs.

Uniform: Tactical, Boots Mandatory

Location: Bel Air, CA/Los Angeles, CA 90077

Payrate: $20 hr.

• FT Graveyard Shift: Thursday - Monday 2200-0600 Tues/Wed OFF
• FT Dayshift: Wednesday- Sunday 0600-1400 Mon/Tues OFF

Requirements:

• Current BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Certified: (Less Than Lethal Certificates) 2-Required: (Chemical Agent, Taser and or Baton)
• Weapons of Mass Destruction/Power to Arrest Certificate
• 2-3 years of experience in High End Retail Security and/or Loss Prevention
• Great Customer Service and communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience with CCTV Systems
• Comprehensive Report writing Skills
• The ability to resolve/mitigate hostile and/or aggressive behavior using (Inner-Communication Skills)
• Acclimated to working in a high-end Retail (Boutique) environments
• Physically Fit and with professional grooming Standards
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
