Responsibilities

The Seasonal Laborer provides assistance to our Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Department during our Summer Turnover of vacant units by preparing them for occupancy in a timely manner. This includes the completion of any necessary large item removals, repairs, unit preparation, or replacement of items in the unit. Our ideal candidate possesses a willingness to learn and develop their skills in the various disciplines common to a maintenance technician - i.e. electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and general labor. They possess a good attitude and are versatile in their ability to adapt to different assignments. Good time management and accurate record keeping are critical responsibilities for this position. They are also strong communicators that can interact professionally with residents, owners and other team members.
