Position Overview
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for supporting the Leads Manager with all scheduling responsibilities involving residential sales leads. The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for maintaining professional communication with customers while delivering exceptional customer service. The Scheduling Specialist is primarily focused on the following objectives:

  • Qualify leads upon receipt
  • Schedule lead appointments with the sales team
  • Maintain efficient use of sales resources
  • Initiate and cultivate positive relationship with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer experience

The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for supporting all customers and embraces a culture committed to delivering the Peerless Promise: Quality, Service & Integrity.
Role and Responsibilities

  • As a member of the customer service team, maintaining a positive customer experience through all customer interactions is top priority
  • Manage all inbound lead opportunities (online & telephone) for a specified region or sales representative.
  • Qualify leads and schedule with a sales representative
  • Act as liaison between customer and internal teams (sales, operations, accounting)
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, accommodating demeanor throughout all customer interactions
  • Qualify all sales leads to maximize opportunities
  • Partner with sales representatives to coordinate their personal and business schedules, optimize travel time between appointments and appointment attendance
  • Send appointment reminders by email and text to customers
  • Provide other sales support department functions as needed
  • Other sales support and office duties as assigned, including contacting customers for final payment information, customer satisfaction follow up

  • Previous experience scheduling customer services

  • Proficiency in baseline computer applications and functionality
  • Gmail/GSuite
  • CRM/Salesforce
  • Ability to inform and calm customers in escalated interactions
  • Maintain focus on providing Customer Service with Quality, Service, and Integrity

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

This position reports to our offices located in the CITY OF WEST CHICAGO* (zip code 60185) - *NOT* the city of Chicago. *West Chicago is located approximately 35-40 miles WEST of the City of Chicago*
