Bosso Smart Lighting is a premier permanent lighting installer. Bosso provides a smart lighting system providing value with in-home consultation, professional installation and support provided by Bosso’s installation team, as well as excellent customer service. Focusing on providing value for homeowners with a product to eliminate holiday hassle and delivering convenience with a hint of extra security to the Home.
Bosso is a fast-growing company looking for leadership to problem-solve and scale with the company instead of getting stuck inside of the corporate rat race.
What you’ll do:
Contact Bosso's clients who have been sold and coordinate installation time frames with them
Coordinate those time frames with specific installers to accommodate their schedule as well.
Add value to a culture ensuring positivity, belief, and help to your peers.
Problem-solve customer problems with installation timeframes
Provide value for Bosso's laborers as they are paid by the job, not the hour, meaning they need jobs lined up for them at all times, they cannot be standing around
Communicate well with people to ensure things get done efficiently, and on time.
Learn Sales Tactics to use when necessary
What we’re looking for:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Sales experience is helpful
Someone who thrives in a team environment and can also be trusted to work independently.
Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
