We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a customer data base while achieving sales goals.

We have made it easy and super simple to communicate and follow up with potential customers and previous sold clients.

Job Description:

Providing a consistent and memorable customer service experience to current and potential customers. Maintain a professional and friendly communication relationship with all customers. Be a good listener and provide excellent feedback and guidance to all customers. Complete all tasks within the CRM in a timely manner. Take responsibility and initiative to complete tasks and move the customer on the sales path journey. Follow the outlined sales path to the goal of selling your customer a vehicle and follow-through with that task.

Constantly engage in continually learning with new Chevrolet products and technology. Stay informed with the current markets for all types of used vehicles. Keep up to date knowledge about current incentives and dealer discounts offered. Maintain good professional hygiene and appearance. Be timely and stay productive throughout the day. Keep your workspace organized and clean. Stay up to date on current in stock inventory new and used. Take pride in all of our available product and remember we are showcasing what we have. You need to make sure it looks appealing! Keep the lot organized and in line to maintain a good professional appearance to all customers. Work together and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Work to achieve sales goals with excellent customer communication and closing strategies.
• Establish and maintain customer database
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain dealership and Chevrolet training.
• Complete all tasks in CRM in a timely manner
• Provide a consistent and professional presentation to all cliental
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience with vehicles
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and computers
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
