Payroll and HCM Sales Associate

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, enthusiastic and responsible individual who is motivated to work with clients and prospects to make their payroll and Human Capital Management needs as seamless and efficient as possible. You should be motivated to provide exemplary service that continuously wows your clients.

Experience, Qualifications and Responsibilities.

  • 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the importance of outstanding client service
  • Experience working with and developing referral relationships with centers of influence specifically accountants, financial planner, health and insurance brokers.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers

Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.

  • Negotiation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking and live demonstrations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • College degree or equivalent

Requirements

  • Ability to seek out decision makers & key members of organizations and convert those interactions into meetings, demos and eventually clients
  • Intense desire to succeed within an ethical, client service-oriented environment.
  • A multi-tasker driven and self-motivated to always keep their pipeline filled
  • A go-getter who is willing to do what’s necessary to earn the right to ask for the business
  • Payroll and HCM proficiency preferred but willing to train the right person
  • Ability to learn our software, products and services in order to navigate both high level and detailed discussions
  • Ability to track and report calls, prospects and deals
  • A team player who is positive, ethical, and likable
